Community Enterprise, Scottish Enterprise, Social Enterprise Scotland, The Scottish AI Alliance, and The Third Sector Interface Practitioners Forum are pleased to announce the relaunch of the Social Enterprise Support Map. This essential resource for social enterprises, community groups, and third-sector organisations across Scotland has been upgraded with new functionalities and additional information, making it easier to navigate the support landscape. The relaunch is part of a phased development approach, with further enhancements set to roll out in the coming months.

Since its inception in 2016, the Social Enterprise Support Map has served as a crucial tool for organisations looking to establish, sustain, and expand their impact. Given the significant growth and evolution in the sector over the past nine years, the platform has been modernised to incorporate new technology, ensuring a more dynamic and efficient user experience. With the latest enhancements, users can now benefit from:

  • Enhanced Search Capabilities: Users can refine and shortlist support organisations and initiatives based on type, location, sector, and ambition, resulting in more relevant and tailored results.
  • Expanded Information: The platform now offers a more comprehensive database of support listings, with detailed information to help users access the right resources.
  • User-Friendly Interface: The redesigned interface enhances usability, making navigation more intuitive and efficient.

This initiative is funded collaboratively by Community Enterprise, Scottish Enterprise, and The Third Sector Interface Practitioners Forum, reinforcing their shared commitment to strengthening Scotland’s support ecosystem for social enterprises. The platform has been developed by Bold Studio, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
