Are you creating positive change in your community? Do you have the ambition and potential to scale that impact across Scotland? If so, Scotland’s Changemakers Programme could be the next step on your journey.
Scotland’s Changemakers is now welcoming applications for its second cohort, inviting social entrepreneurs and charities who are committed to transforming lives and communities. Whether you’re making a difference locally or striving for national impact, this programme offers a unique opportunity to grow, connect, and accelerate your vision.
What the Programme Offers
Hosted at Blair Estate and fully underwritten by The Hunter Foundation, the programme is designed to support changemakers at different stages of their journey. Successful applicants will be placed in one of two tailored programmes, with opportunities for both groups to come together and collaborate twice a year.
Participants will benefit from:
-
A transformational support experience – this isn’t a course, but a fully immersive journey
-
Access to an inspiring network of like-minded changemakers
-
Strategic guidance and tools to increase reach and impact
-
Time away from the day-to-day to focus on scale, sustainability, and leadership
The only commitment asked is full participation – showing up for every experience ensures fairness and maximises the opportunity for all involved.

To apply, organisations must:
-
Be a social business or charity headquartered in Scotland
-

Show a clearly articulated ambition to scale reach and impact by at least 50% over the next three years
