West Lothian Suicide Prevention Leadership Group (SPLG) Needs Your Input
The West Lothian Suicide Prevention Leadership Group (SPLG), a collaboration of local agencies and organisations, is committed to reducing and preventing suicide in our community. We are currently developing our Suicide Prevention Action Plan for 2025-2028, and your feedback is crucial in shaping this vital work.
Every suicide is a tragedy, and we want to build a safer, more supportive community for everyone in West Lothian.
This survey aims to gather your experiences and ideas on mental health and suicide prevention, allowing us to better understand what people need to:
- Look after themselves.
- Look after others.
- Promote wellbeing.
We have created two surveys, tailored to different groups:
- Workforce Survey: For those who volunteer or work in West Lothian. https://lnkd.in/gvhJS4dy
- Communities Survey: For those who live in West Lothian. https://lnkd.in/giT2XKkn
Please choose the survey that best reflects your role and experience. If you both live and work in West Lothian, please only complete one survey.
We understand that this topic may be sensitive for some. Please answer the questions at your own pace, and you are free to stop at any time.
Important Note: This survey discusses suicide, which may be triggering for some individuals. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or are struggling with your mental wellbeing, please know that you are not alone, and help is available.
